Performance Metrics
Licenses for the ORS and SRS are provided to group practices, agencies and behavioral health organizations for a fee. Please consult table below to determine the appropriate price for your group or organization.
Purchasing a group license provides users with:
- A lifetime license (subject to the terms and conditions detailed below) to use the ORS and SRS;
- A file containing the official SRS and ORS forms that may be downloaded, distributed to and printed by users in the group.
